You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). HoopsRef.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
If you are in need of returning an item that you have purchased from us, please send us an e-mail with your complete request here, name, address, purchase date. We will promptly reply so that we can assist you in the return process. You will need to send us a copy of your invoice with your return. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items being returned MUST be in new and re-sellable condition with the tags still attached, and in the same original packaging.
We cannot accept items that have been used, worn, or laundered. Additionally, compression undergarments cannot be returned for any reason. Please return your package to us PREPAID. We do not credit shipping charges unless it has been determined that HoopsRef has made a shipping error. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and saving the receipt for your records. We regret that we will not be able to issue credit or refund for any item that is lost or damaged in return shipping.
